8.0Cozy rooms, friend staff in a very central location.
− The breakfast was alright. It’s offers the usual English fry up but but cooked dishes there is a charge.

− The room we had was tiny with no proper wardrobe. We had to hang our clothes on the bathroom door because the space in the cupboard was not big enough for a shirt. My husband and I could hardly move at the same time in the room

6.0Het hotel op zich was mooi, ligt in een goede wijk, dicht bij een metrostation. Wij hadden een conciërge die ons erg goed hielp, door zijn hulp konden we zelfs nog naar een tentoonstelling waar we zelf geen kaarten meer voor konden krijgen.
− De kamer viel tegen, geen uitzicht, klein en voor 65-plussers niet eenvoudig te bereiken. Met de lift voor de helft naar boven en dan nog een trapje op. Niet handig. Voor ouder dan 65 graag kamers op een verdieping waar je geen trappen meer hoeft te lopen. De sleutel werkte niet in de 'rechter' lift en als die open was, dan opende de linker lift niet waar je wel mee naar 1/2 verdieping kon.

7.0Great location, near South Kensington station, museums, Kensington Park, restaurants and everything you need. Very comfortable bed, clean and very good breakfast.
− DON’T TAKE LOWER GROUND LEVEL ROOM !!! Right under the dining room and lobby, it’s very noisy, it’s like drums above your room all day long. Window view: brick wall.
