Terrible experience of staying from 26-29 December 2020. Staff was courteous but hotel facilities and room conditions including cleanliness was totally unacceptable. Hotel management should seriously review and take proper actions to amend the sorry state of the property specially when room charges are extremely high.

We stayed for one night, 23-24 February 2019, at Mark & Meadows, that we had booked through hotels.com. I regret to say that it is far below any living standard. We reserved two rooms with attached bathrooms. One shower did not work at all, the other looked like a spaceship where one would require steps to climb in. There was no toilet paper in one of them. Rooms were not aired or cleaned before we arrived. It looked to me as though they had not been used in years. The complex itself would be a lovely place with a big garden and plenty of trees, but it is totally neglected. And full of mosquitoes. The dormitory for drivers was filthy and again full of mosquitoes, One felt we were in a former communist East European establishment. It is a disgrace to ask for the rate we paid up! On the other hand, the gentlemen who probably took care of the guesthouse were extremely friendly and hospitable. Food was acceptable. Two other rooms seemed to have been occupied but cannot appraise those. For the reputation of your company, this guesthouse should be taken off your list of hotels.
