Sad Downgrade for the Ramada name
5.0Comfortable beds, clean rooms, amazing staff. When my in-laws tv wasn't working, the person on duty moved them to a new room immediately, no fuss.
− The new room my in-laws were put in had poor AC. The breakfast room was appalling. The plastic fold out tables were stained. At least put on some tablecloths. The chairs were so old there was no padding. The cheap shiny cloth used to hide the storage was ridiculously ugly. Invest in some foldable panels. My husband was shocked at how downgraded the Ramada name was in this hotel. Ramada used to be synonymous with high end quality, not shoddy corner cutting. This is all corporate level issues, not staff. The staff were lovely.

10.0It was very busy the night of July 20. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and patient. He treated everyone with respect and didn't feel like we were just another number. I always enjoy my stay. I love how quiet and clean the rooms are. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
