After I inquired about the over charge they said it wasn’t their fault and I would have to call booking.com.

The 2.4 stars is definitely there for a reason. You get what you pay for.
3.0Bed was comfortable, the location was decent, and the price was reasonable.
− Shower was broken and constantly leaking, no hot water from any faucet. Walls were paper thin, I could hear everything from conversations in the parking lot under my window, arguments and slamming doors, and even my neighbor snoring on the other side of the wall.

− It was dirty, loud, our bed had one pillow and the staff refused to give us more pillows and blankets. The pullout couch was disgusting. Staff wouldn’t give us more towels either. I paid 140 for one night and it was terrible
