8.0Especially when it comes to Marriott BonVoy Titanium Elite members, they could be more flexible, and not only because the other night I booked with points, they are setting my check-out for 12, and in contrast, the other day, because I paid for each individual night, 4 pm was approved. If I would not have had the Marriott Downtown, as a backup and plan B, I would have been on the streets for a couple of hours. I did enjoy my stay with the Sheraton, that's for sure, there's better and there's worse, that's for sure. However, their Elite Club Lounge doesn't have a card reader and they need to check everyone manually whomever comes in and enters. A lounge is a place where you can just pop in and open your laptop, or charge your phone, sit down and check out information, just in and out for a glass of water or a coffee. And the beauty of meeting with a stranger and booking the room for 2, is to taking your friend or girl to the lounge for a private intimate conversation, before taking her to the room directly. At Sheraton they directly want to specifically want a stranger, I just met and had a crush on, immediately, register at the check-in desk for inviting her to the sofa area in their lounge. Also for business meetings, I felt extremely uncomfortable to inviting two of may business partners over to the lounge. They are observing every move you do. And at other hotels, such as Marriott overseas or domestically, they just let you sit there and have a chat with your friends, business partners or even a girl you have a crush on. Please be more flexible, install a card reader and don't act like it would be illegal to taking someone to the lounge. Especially when the breakfast service is already done and over, not necessarily. The pool was too hot and not comfortable. No slippers, bathrobes in the room, this is standard. The gym was okay, I can tell that fitness memberships are being sold to the public. A few photos below, just FYI.

An excellent choice, but a little expensive
8.0Excellent staff, good facilities with gym, restaurants and bar. And walk distance for a lot of other places.
− The bathroom / shower it is very old an uncomfortable.
