6.0Flight was cancelled so had to be rescheduled and we had to leave at 6am but could not refund for breakfast we did not have

8.0They are busy. I tried to call down to reception as the previous guest had obviously smoked in the room and it rang out for at least 3 times at over a minute. The weirdest was that they don't have the Hotel Hoppa and airport taxi transfer is 25 pounds = not cheap considering how close. I used Uber and it was USD19. I did use the lounge and the staff member on duty was really very very good and attentive.
