We stayed at this villa with our family, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. During our stay, the hosts sent two technicians to fix an issue at the property. The first technician, a younger man, walked through several rooms inside the villa but did not resolve the problem. Later, a second, older technician arrived, but he never entered the villa. After the first technician’s visit, we stayed in the villa for the rest of the evening and did not go anywhere. The following morning, we left for the beach. When we arrived at the parking lot and needed to pay with cash, we discovered that the money was missing from our wallet. Until then, the wallet had remained in my handbag inside the villa, and we had not used the cash. We cannot say who took the money, but we only noticed it was missing after the first technician’s visit, which naturally raised serious concerns. We informed the hosts immediately and expected at least some understanding, support, or willingness to help investigate the situation. Unfortunately, their response was indifferent. They offered no meaningful assistance, showed no interest in helping us understand what had happened, and made us feel completely unsupported during a very upsetting incident. What disappointed us the most was not only the missing money but also the hosts’ lack of empathy and responsibility in handling the situation. When something this serious happens during a guest’s stay, you expect the hosts to take the matter seriously and offer support. Sadly, that was not our experience, and for this reason we cannot recommend this villa.

El diseño y las dimensiones de la casa.

− No funcionaba el aire acondicionado y tuvimos frío para dormir. No había cubiertos para todos. No había escoba. Algunas cortinas estropeadas. La puerta exterior no cerraba bien. La recogida de basura puerta por puerta no estaba bien preparada y tuvimos que llevarnos las bolas.

A lovely property and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Location was perfect for us as family live in the village. Any small queries that we had were rapidly dealt with - fantastic response all round.

− A great property and well looked after. The only minor fault we could find is that the BBQ is not a very good one and ideally should be upgraded to reflect the fact that there could be up to 8 people at the property.
