9.0Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment my family and I arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, creating a warm atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful — perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. We especially appreciated how well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged everything was, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the environment. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. There was something for each of us, and the variety ensured we always looked forward to the next dining experience.
− The only real disappointment during our stay was the hotel Wi‑Fi. The connection was slow, unstable, and often impossible to use, especially during the evening hours. Loading even simple pages took far too long, and video calls or streaming were out of the question. For a hotel of this standard, we expected a much more reliable internet service.
