10.0Brilliant venue, excellent staff and great food. Mansi, Ursula and Mohammad were so welcoming and accommodating to our team!

10.0Busy Conference centre with good amenities and superb team. Very professional and polite. Mansi made sure everything goes as per our plan. Very good lady with “can do everything “attitude which is very rare to see. Had lunch in Discovery bar food is marvellous. Stayed for 1 night enjoyed my breakfast and dinner as well. Vicky the bartender was funny and kind too!
Great stay in club room & lounge, despite the mega confusion with our agent booking!
8.0Booked this as a park at hotel, and clubroom indirect. There was great confusion as to what type of room and what was included in our room rate. Luckily, I had hard copies from the booking agency confirming club room, inc. full breakfast, and parking, however we was told that Sheraton, had upgraded our standard room to a club room, which did not include breakfast! Our room key would not let us into club lounge so had to get it changed, and in the morning, yes you have guessed, told sorry, your room rate does not include breakfast! I must have spent at least 90 mins at reception at check in and in the morning, before getting everything clarified. Despite this, the room was great, large modern bathroom, comfortable bed, club lounge was good, nice nibbles and wine and beer in evening and eventually breakfast in morning (ok, but no one cooking omelets etc. Despite this, we have rebooked the clubroom and parking package with the online agent for later on this year, I hope we don't regret it!

10.0We had a lovely stay here . The reception staff were outstanding. We had a meal in the restaurant which was really good served by Sony who was warm and welcoming, and extremely accommodating. We would stay again .
