9.0El desayuno muy variado y buenas opciones. El gym tiene todo lo básico que se precisa. Hay también servicio de sauna, peluquería y masajes.
− El aire acondicionado en la habitación hacía mucho ruido y molestaba para dormir. Casi no hay locales (cafés, restaurantes, etc) próximos al hotel (a 5 min caminando).

Better Hotels in the El Golf area.
2.0Location poor, the hotel is not in a reasonable walking distance of any bars or restaurants or metro. International customers not supported very well, i.e. no helpful information provided on check in or in the suite, in any language. Breakfast room is crowded, disorganised, try and find a table if you can ! Water boiler for tea is set on 80 degrees centigrade... so tea is awful ( I turned it up to 100 , shouldn't have to do that). It is a shame that some excellent individual staff are working under such poor management. I will probably avoid Bonvoy associated brands based on this experience.
