− Brak klimatyzacji, wentylatory które były bardzo stare nie dawały ukojenia w nocy. Łóżka dość miękkie i nie były wygodne Mieliśmy check-in od 16, jednak przyjechaliśmy po 17 i klucza nie było w skrytce. Po szybkiej wiadomości obsługa przywiozła klucze jednak było już po 18. Pań z obsługi mówił tylko po Hiszpańsku. Klucze które dostaliśmy zacinały się w każdym zamku, trzeba mieć cierpliwość by zamknąć i otworzyć drzwi

5.0Casa ampia indipendente tutta a nostra disposizione, con tre camere,due bagni ed una doccia ulteriore in lavanderia
− Grande difficoltà a fare il check-in, odore di chiuso in casa, agenzia che non ti scrive e non ti chiama mai per sapere come ti stai trovando, lavatrice con pomello del carico acqua rotto che non ci ha permesso di usarla, ed ogni mattina al risveglio dal primo giorno trovavamo scarafaggi grandi come un dito (che abbiamo poi eliminato comprando a nostre spese qualche esca ed un insetticida. Arredamento un po' datato ma completo ( porta di ingresso e porta garage interne da cambiare)

− Very cold inside, we had no possibility to heat, I don't think there was 18 degrees. And we have a baby. There was dust all over the kitchen counter. Inside smelled stale, old. All the mattresses are pretty bad.

− Fans weren't enough for the summer nights. There is no AC
