− Breakfast hours. They end at 8 so you have to get up early.
After check in, we noticed the AC wasn't really cooling but thought that it will be working as soon as we lowered, they said it
2.0The AC is not working, they said it is working, room is hot as a sauna, they said it will take a while, but is 11pm and it is at 80 degrees inside the room, a disaster

− Everything, especially them having electrical problems where people couldn't use the elevators, the air conditioning was broken, no wifi, all for 3 hours from 830pm-1130pm and all that was offered was water. No refunds, no apologies, nothing.
