Other than that one situation that I found very unpleasant our stay was good and enjoyable.

The location is very convenient!

− I believe we were upstairs and there were people downstairs that I was unaware of. On one occasion someone bounced the downstairs door (that connects to our upstairs area indoors) very loudly to make a point—either that we were too loud, I am not sure—but it felt aggressive and I did not like that we were unaware that there were people below us. It honestly startled us all a lot. After that occasion I also felt a lot less at ease in the apartment. If there was an issue, it should have been communicated normally instead of pounding on a connecting door.

Self checkin con keybox, casa splendida, immersa nel verde con vista su Faial. L'arredamento è di gusto ed è completa di tutto. Nelle vicinanze ci sono supermercato, fast food e ristoranti. Presenza di asciugatrice, lavastoviglie e filo per i panni.

− Non siamo riusciti a sfruttare una delle due notti per colpa di un volo cancellato per meteo e la proprietà ci ha suggerito di rivolgersi all'assicurazione invece di venirci incontro con un possibile sconto o una verifica con booking, visto il costo a notte e la frequenza di cancellazione dei voli nella zona, non è molto professionale.

Ein sehr großes Grundstück. Leider war das Wetter nicht ideal zum draußen sitzen. Die Ausstattung ist nicht neu, aber hat so viel Charme. Es war ein bisschen wie nach Hause kommen. Wir fanden es sehr gemütlich. Außerdem ist die Lage perfekt, in der Nähe vom Fährhafen und alles gut zu erreichen.

− Fliegengitter wären toll. Selbst in der kalten Jahreszeit hatten wir Fliegen. Und der sehr aggressive Schäferhund vom Nachbarn, aber dafür kann die Vermietung nichts.

This was our first trip to Pico and staying at this house made our week so pleasant. We LOVED the views of Faial from the living room. Parking was easy and safe. VERY thankful for the household supplies, like toilet paper, etc. Everything was truly provided. There was a nice selection of spices to use in the kitchen. The kitchen had EVERYTHING needed to make some incredible meals. Groceries are plentiful and easy to access at the Continent and the Pingo Doce. Loved making coffee at home each morning and watching the activity in the channel between Pico and Faial. The birdwatching is fabulous, too! TONS of excellent restaurants for the evenings if you don't want to cook at home. We had the best time and truly relaxed in this perfect Pico home. The guest book is a treat to look through and I loved adding to it.

Really nice house. We did enjoy staying here. House is big, clean and fully equipped. The balcony is also nice with a good view. Definettly recommend this place.
