Esperaba algo mejor
4.0Todo en general estaba regular, desde que llegamos en el baño encontramos cucarachas. La habitacion no estaba dotada con los implementos de aseo y al pedirlos tardaron mas de 2 horas en entregarlos. Aparte de la espera las toallas estaban muy manchadas y el servicio del agua caliente era muy deficiente. Dentro de la reservacion se incluia el desayuno y al solicitar este servicio nos debimos desplazar cerca de 4 cuadras a un restaurante en el cual no estaban enterados de este servicio por lo cual a nosotros mismos nos toco coordinar con el encargado del hostel(el cual es muy amable y conversador pero bastante distraido) perdiendo un buen tiempo. Por ultimo no se tuvo un buen descanso debido a que la division entre habitaciones no es muy segura y se alcanza a escuchar las conversacion de los demas huespedes haciendo que no haya una buena privacidad.
