10.0All the staff went out of way to make our stay more pleasant. They were especially thoughtful and kind to our young kids. Also, Amazing views from the 15th floor if the conference room is t being used.

5.0Staff were very helpful and accomodating at reception. Beds were comfortable and room size was pretty reasonable. Bar at the hotel has a lovely atmosphere.
− Bathroom size extremely small and very hard to have a shower. Plumbing not great, we were showering and the water was filling the bath as it was not draining properly. Room cleaners were not attentive to detail, beds were barely made and towels for 2 people were not left or bathmats.
