− Room was quite stuffy even with the fan provided and window open. Perhaps a better fan would improve.

8.0De vriendelijk dame die ons ontvangt. En met heel veel plezier uitleg heeft en je verder helpt. Een heerlijk ontbijt met voldoende keuze.
− Een piepkleine badkamer. Alles is er maar beetje meer ruimte zou het makkelijker maken . Niet makkelijk in de typische Walese woningen. Het is ook moeilijk om 1 handbage kwijt te raken ,laat staan 2 st of valies.

Outstanding B&B in a perfect location
10.0We had a wonderful stay at Ty Mynydd Lodge and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, our hostess Lisa went above and beyond — she kindly accommodated our request for an early check-in, which was a lifesaver after a very early flight in. The bedroom was excellent: spacious, spotlessly clean, and featuring a very comfortable (and large!) bed for a great night’s sleep. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Lisa cooked a large and delicious breakfast every morning — it really set us up perfectly for the day. She was such a thoughtful host and even offered several times to drive us to the station, though we enjoyed the pleasant 10-minute walk. The location is brilliant. Radyr train station is only about a 10-minute walk away, with trains running every 20–30 minutes straight into Cardiff city centre or out to Cardiff Bay. It made exploring incredibly easy and convenient. Everything about our stay at Ty Mynydd Lodge was a solid 5/5 experience. We’ll absolutely be back the next time we’re in Wales! Thank you, Lisa!

10.0Lisa was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I have a dairy allergy and she provided for this. We stayed in a quaint twin room with comfy beds, a smart TV, water and essentials. The bathroom is small with a step, so you had to remember this for nighttime visits, but it wasn't a problem for us. Toiletries were provided which was a nice touch. The bedroom does face the main road, but we were not disturbed in any way and my husband is a light sleeper!
− We stayed during the heatwave and because the curtains were light we were woken very early (5am) by the sunrise(first world problem) because it was so bright. For some this wouldn't be a problem, but we would have welcomed some blackout curtains.
Outstanding place to stay
10.0Everything about our stay was wonderful. We were made to feel so welcome by Lisa and her family. It truly was the best place to stay whilst attending my daughters graduation. Food, room, and location were all excellent. I can not recommend it highly enough.
