Absolutely Delightful!
10.0The location is pristine and beautiful. The property itself is premium luxury, with beautiful stonework, sprawling grounds and amazing woodwork. The facilities are delightful, including landscaped gardens, gym, spa and infinity temperature controlled pool. The food is, as per general ITC standards, excellent. But the high point is the wonderful staff, including but not limited to Aastha in the Zodiac, Nidhi in front office and many others. The best was Kamlesh the Front Office Manager, who exemplified top notch service.
− There were normal minor glitches, which the staff addressed with speed and efficiency.

10.0The location is wonderful and the property is exquisite. The room was clean and spacious; the bathroom was good sized too however the shower area did not have a partition which was a little problematic but not much of an issue in the grand scheme of things. The swimming pool was amazing! The staff of the hotel is top notch and everyone was very accommodating to our needs. Special mention to Ms. Veerpal and Ms. Anshu in the restaurant for helping us in everything we needed; also Ms. Nidhi at the reception for being warm and helpful.
− Nothing as such but if I could offer suggestions I would say that the kids play area could take a bit more attention.
