9.0Schöne Altstadt Lage, sehr sehr freundliches Personal, nett eingerichtetes Zimmer
− Durch die Altstadt Lage und unserem Zimmer zur Straße hin war es bei gekipptem Fenster sowohl Abends als auch morgens recht laut. Wem das wichtig ist, sollte bei der Buchung auf ein Zimmer achten das nicht zur Straße ist.

− Service was ondermaats Kamer wordt niet alle dagen schoongemaakt en standaardkamers hebben geen parkeerplaats aan het hotel ; je dient te parkeren op parkingplaats 300 meter verder ; voor een 4 + sterrenhotel vinden wij dit niet oké

7.0The hotel was nice, but perhaps not as nice as the photos make it seem on Booking. We had expected it to have more charm. The location is great though!
− The hotel didn't feel quite as professional as it appears to be on Booking. When we arrived, the bathroom smelled and there was a dehumidifier in it, probably because there was no ventilation in the bathroom. There was no explanation about the dehumidifier or how to empty the water container (something that was not done by the cleaning crew). Only one side of the bed had a power socket and the reading lights that were built into the bedframe didn't work. There was a coffee machine and a kettle, but there were only coffee pods and no tea bags. Room cleaning (which doesn't happen on the first night you stay there, only on the second) was very minimal - the bed was more or less made, but a pillow was still on the floor, and the used teacups and glasses were not replaced with clean ones. On the whole, it was a nice room but the hotel felt a little unprofessional.

10.0Eine sehr sauberes liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel. In einem tollen alten Gebäude mit Top Lage. Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich gut.
− Wenn überhaupt, dann die fehlende Möglichkeit, mein mobiles Gerät über den Fernseher zu streamen. Da es in der Stadt recht früh ruhig wird, hat man doch auch Zeit, das Zimmer zu nutzen.
