God lokation, välkomnande, stort rum med fin balkong

Väldigt vänlig och hjälpsam värdinna. Bra läge med fin utsikt och god frukost. Det var dessutom väldigt smidigt att ta sig till tåget då stationen låg ca 100 m från boendet. I förhållande till priset var det jättebra :)

− Det enda minus var att det doftade rökelse i gången, annars helt fantastiskt

Lokalizacja 10/10, zaraz obok stacji kolejowej, blisko do centrum. Wlascicielka bardzo miła i sympatyczna. Otrzymaliśmy wskazówki co zwiedzić, a na koniec pobytu pamiątki-bransoletki. Śniadanie było pyszne, podawane na balkon w pokoju. Widok bardzo ładny. Mieszkanie było bardzo przytulne i klimatyczne, czuliśmy się jak u cioci. Chętnie wrócimy. Najlepszy nocleg, jaki mieliśmy we Włoszech.

Die Gastgeberin ist eine sehr herzliche und freundliche Person, sie hat uns jederzeit das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Wir haben gemerkt, dass es ihr wichtig ist, uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und sie hat unsere Wünsche berücksichtigt. Zudem hatten wir einen Kühlschrank, eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Wasserkocher mit einigen Kapseln und Teebeuteln im Zimmer, sowie eine Klimaanlage. Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Cinque Terre Trip nur 5 min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt, zudem hat sie uns Tipps für einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gegeben. Unser Zimmer war sehr liebevoll und schön eingerichtet mit sehr vielen Details, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Wir haben uns auch sehr gefreut, dass wir einen Limoncello und Armbänder von ihr geschenkt bekommen haben. Wenn wir wieder mal nach La Spezia kommen, dann kommen wir gerne wieder zu Guiseppina und ihrem kleinen süßen Hund ins Casa Celsi.

− Einziger Negativpunkt: Am Gang riecht es nach Rauch, vermutlich weil in der Küche geraucht wird.

Our host was great, very friendly and very generous. The breakfast was lovely, and we sat each morning on the balcony to enjoy. Great AC unit which we needed. The location was fantastic for our requirements. A great find.

Es un lugar tranquilo, familiar, ordenado, limpio y muy cercano a la estación de tren. Los desayunos aunque sencillos tenían un excelente sabor, la señora Guiseppina es muy amable, hogareña y siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayúdenos con información, nos ayudó muchísimo y nos facilitó guardar las maletas después del check out. Gracias por el souvenir que nos dio
