− They stole and or threw away my phone charger, clothes, food I planned on eating after work and hygiene products. At 10 am i went to the front desk after my first night to make sure I would be in the same room, I was told I could keep the same room so I got my key remade and left some belongings. I come back and go to my room and my stuff was gone. I asked the stereotypical lady at the desk if housekeeping turned in my belongings and was told nothing was turned in and they wouldn't take anything. I asked Shaniqua to reach out to housekeeping to ask them which she refused. I then asked for a refund since I didnt touch anything in the room upon noticing all my stuff was gone and she also refused. Now they will have roaches as im sure they get all the glazed donut and chips up that were scattered across the room. Kudos on employing the lowest of the lowest employees.

− TV was not hooked up to catch a signal.

− My son and fiancé arrived and the booking had been cancelled. I said he would be there 4-5am and it was 6am. They needed few hrs sleep on long trip to Texas. Lady was very rude to them. Breakfast was online to 10 and ended 9.30 so they missed it.

− Was in need of a facelift, room was a little rundown. Not exactly a getaway, just a place to sleep.
