10.0The pool suite, the exterior views the interior condition the food and especially the people were all wonderful. Wish I was still there total peacefulness and privacy. Awesome service. I have a bad memory so I took pictures of all the wonderful girls that helped to make the trip great

10.0We loved the lush and beautiful surroundings. The staff was extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly. The view from the room was amazing. We loved the private plunge pool. Meal selections were delicious. Only complaint is that we found many little gnat-like bugs all over our bedding and our room on a few days, after the rain.

6.0Staff was great and very helpful. However the room shows some signs of age and needs a little attention. A lot of mosquitoes makes being outside not as enjoyable. Food was good and the many always changed so a lot of variety. The main pool was very cloudy for the entire time we were there. Overall decent hotel and food

8.0The spa was excellent. All of the staff were friendly and wonderful. The birds were cute at first but by the fourth day they became annoying. Overall the friendly staff made the experience wonderful. Especially one person in particular, Bevicia aka Bev, she was exceptional.
