10.0That despite us arriving earlier than the check in time they allowed us to check in without any difficulties or questions. We’re extremely tired, so we appreciate it. As soon as you walk in they greet you, helped with luggage, assisted me with my elderly parents. They served them something. The hotel smelled amazing. The staff were wonderful. Very pleasant & friendly. This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and would not stay anywhere else.
