− Das Appartment ist im Keller. Die Fotos sind weitgehend irreführend. Es sind nur zwei Stühle und ein sehr kleiner Tisch für 4 Personen vorhanden.

− They messed up our rooms, we asked for three beds. Arrived to two. They solved it by giving us two separate rooms on two different floors. Mind you we were given the incorrect code for the second room. The rooms weren’t very clean, it was as though the bed was made but the rooms weren’t swept or dusted. The bathrooms were dingy and uncomfortable. Most of all, DO NOT STAY HERE, because they will try to rip you off for deposit money. Before arriving they will ask you for £50 deposit which they say they will inform you about whether or not you will get it back within 5 days. I heard nothing for a week so after I had to chase THEM up on my deposit they emailed me back later saying “we are keeping it because you broke the corner of the glass table”. After some back and forth I asked them for proof of the table being broken and all of a sudden I didn’t hear back and my bank notified me a refund had been initiated. The most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. Don’t stay here stay anywhere else for the same price. Them trying to keep the deposit for no reason is enough of a case for me to never stay here or recommend it to anyone.

The location. THAT IS IT

− Everything about this place was horrendous. The photos are not of the studio we were given. Three tiny spaces...a living area not big enough for a sofa which had 2 ancient chairs.. A bedroom area with no external windows, just one facing a light well which stunk like a sewer. Unclean bedding and a lumpy mattress that must have been 20yrs old. Filthy windows, broken lightbulbs that hadn't been replaced. Some of the plug sockets didn't work. AVOID, and shame on booking.com for advertising places like this.

great location and easy check in large room with fridge kitchen and bathroom the staff where great we rang due to uncomfortable temperature in the room and they provided us a small fan which definitely helped the room cool slightly overall fine for what we wanted but if your wanting a nice family or couple stay probably not the best absolutely fine for friendship groups wanting to go out :)

− bath was broken and there was a used cigarette under the radiator which we were slight disappointed with, it was extremely warm which i know can't always be helped with the weather but it was almost unbearable and none of the windows opened due to us being on the ground floor perhaps need to invest in some sort of cooling system as really was unpleasant to sleep
