Avoid this place if you can
4.0Needed a stopover to break up our car trip and had just come from a wonderful stay at a Fairfield in another city. Cannot believe the brand has such different properties. This property was dirty from construction and our room had a toxic building materials smell. We arrived so late in the evening, and kids asleep, so just stayed until morning. When we complained in the morning to the front desk manager, he just shrugged it off and said, oh it was probably wallpaper paint. No attempt to make things better. Avoid this place. Breakfast attendant was kind.

10.0Another excellent stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Olean. Great accommodations, convenient location, clean and well maintained. Staff is always very friendly. Rodney the GM is very professional, approachable & kind.

6.0Location is OK. Lots of parking and pretty quite. Breakfast offering was more than I expected. Overall pretty good stay.
