− The rail on side of bed hurt my leg

7.0It was quiet, The staff was willing to handle a problem I had with the first room they gave me, The housekeeper came by everyday to pick up towels and give new ones, my family and I felt safe, we loved the location, and the price when booking online.
− It was semi-clean. My tub wasn't clean, my sheets on one bed weren't clean. So I went and bought my own sheets and had my own cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom myself.
