Nice, relaxing, breakfast NOT free, amazing staff
10.0I loved that it was so nice and you don’t feel afraid to be loud and expressive. It’s a very open and inviting hotel and even in the night (roughly 11pm ish) you can feel like you don’t have to be uptight or stuck up you can truly just relax and enjoy your stay. I loved how nice the staff were it felt like no question was a dumb question. The check in processes was so easy and simple literally took 5 short minutes and we were already on our way to our room.
− I didn’t like that the breakfast buffet wasn’t free💔. I fell like if I’m gonna spend nearly 200 on a hotel I think the breakfast buffet which is 23 dollars a person should be included with room and board. ESPECIALLY if the breakfast buffet is not anything to really brag about (honest opinion) but overall this was LITERALLY the only con. Also…..you gotta pay 15 bucks to park😭

6.0It was ok- over priced. So I went to rent a room at the desk and the charge was $20 more than me doing it online-stupid!! So I stepped back and reserved on my own and the front desk had ATTITUDE!!!

7.0The hotel is very secure The restaurant is excellent and their pool area is beautiful, very tropical
− The staff at front desk were not the nicest and they advertise breakfast included and breakfast was not included and no breakfast at all on Mondays

Please not that, if you purchased our room and breakfast package you will receive coupons on arrival for the hotel restaurant based on the number of guests on the reservation up to 2 guests, children up to 12 years old will receive an option from the children’s menu, any additional guests will need to dine at own expense.
