8.0Everything was wonderful. I would have rated it higher, but I have to deduct points. When booking, I stated in writing that I wanted a quiet room, away from the stairs and the street. This was confirmed. Unfortunately, I was given the room directly by the stairs and facing the street. After complaining, I was given a quiet one. I also had a written reservation for a table in the restaurant. Unfortunately, this didn't happen either. Nevertheless, I would come again.
