10.0When you arrive in Qatar, you simply cannot miss the signature Umm Ali of the Sheraton Grand Doha or you will be leaving a country treasure! Arriving hot and golden brown and heavenly smelling at your table, you know that you are in for an extraordinary treat. The texture is sheer perfection: rich, smooth and delightfully creamy without ever being too heavy. The puff pastry dips into the warm, sweetened milk to coat the dough, and is then sweetly topped with crunchy toasted nuts and raisins for the perfect mouthfeel. It's The King of Umm Ali in Doha! The exceptional service provided by our server Idir, however, made this visit a great meal to an unforgettable experience. He was super warm, very hospitable and made sure that every bit of our experience was perfect! Idir's loving care and sincere hospitality is an ideal example of the true spirit of Arabian hospitality. A first-class dessert, service and ambiance. 10/10 — Many thanks to Idir for making our experience really magical!
