9.0The rooms are very spacious for central Tokyo. Not your typical small room. Excellent breakfast.
− Front desk at night is a bit limited. Good, but not polished. Shuttle stops at 6 pm.

3.0大隈庭園に隣接するロケーション
− 彼女へのプロポーズのため、エグゼクティブフロアのジュニアスイートルームを選択しました。オプションの花束もお願いしました。 以下の点が少し残念で、知り合いにはオススメできないなと感じました。 1. 事前メッセージへの未対応 宿泊前に、Booking.comのメッセージ機能を通じて、滞在中に彼女にプロポーズすることを相談するメッセージを送りましたが、返信をいただけませんでした。大切な機会のため事前にご相談したにもかかわらず、ご対応いただけなかったことを大変残念に思っております。 2. 花の精算 サプライズとして事前に手配していた花の精算を、チェックアウト時に贈る相手本人の目の前でされました。もう少し配慮があっても良かったのではと思います。 3. ワインサーバーの故障 エグゼクティブフロア特典として無料でワインをいただけるはずでしたが、機械が故障しており、ほとんど利用できませんでした。一度はスタッフの方に手で注いでいただきましたが、その後のお声がけや案内はなく、こちらから繰り返しお願いするのもためらわれ、結果として特典を十分に利用できませんでした。故障時には、スタッフの方から積極的にご提供いただくなどの配慮があればと感じました。 4. トイレの清掃不備 トイレが汚物で詰まっており、翌日になっても清掃が完了していませんでした。使用禁止の表示もなく、再度入ってしまい不快な思いをしました。 5. BARスタッフの私語 BARにて、スタッフの方が終始私語をされており、落ち着いて過ごせませんでした。
