− موظفين الاستقبال لا يجيدون اللغه الانجليزيه وغير محترفين في التعامل مع الضيوف وغير لبقين ولا يوجد غير موظف واحد فقط في الاستقبال بصفه عامه لا يوجد لديهم ادنى معرفه بالتعامل مع السياح
