10.0Great stay! Reception was very attentive to needs and housekeeping was great especially Kearia! Breakfast was good, wish there was more options for breakfast throughout the week since I was there for a long period of time , however it was still good! Loved the Wednesday socials as well! Great stay and great people!

She up lift my spirit soon as she came in my room. She gave me good ideas of places go eat at and have a good nice drink my stay here was worth the money. I WILL BE COMING BACK❤️

− It was attached to Homewood Suites but I got a room at Holiday Inn and Suites. Definitely not the same! I probably won’t book with them again. I like to know what I’m doing … I plan way ahead! Disappointed!

Not a real good experience for our first stay there we normally stay at Bally’s
1.0Staff was nice and Hotel was clean.
− The A/C was not working in our room. We checked in at 9:30 pm and it was 77 in there very stuffy and warm. We turned it down, went to the casino came back to the room expecting it to be cool so we could get some rest but it was still the same 77 stuffy and warm. This was at 3:30 am. We checked out and drove home. Very disappointed.

10.0Beth, she is the best our room was clean and she brought us new pillows she was very attentive we stayed 2 nights and both days she gave 100%.
