− La habitación daba a un patio de luces horrible. Además, en el cuarto de baño no había luz, había que dejar la puerta abierta para que llegara la luz de la habitación.

10.0La atención recibida por Eva en recepción fue excepcional. Nos recomendó lugares para comer. Nos facilitó el acceso antes de las 14h y nos custodió el equipaje después de hacer el check out mientras fuimos a comer y antes de marcharnos de Coruña. El hotel está bien por su relación calidad-precio y muy cerca de la playa.

− La mitad del pago la gestiona el alojamiento, no Booking. Para realizar la mitad de ese pago, sólo recibí un WhatsApp y un link por WhatsApp para pagar. WhatsApp no es un sitio fiable para links de pago. Pedí por favor que me pasaran esa información a través de booking o por lo menos a través del correo, y no recibí respuesta ninguna. Mandé correo, mensaje en Booking y llamé. Nada. Llamando al alojamiento, lla única solución fue que tenía que estar allí antes de las 16h, cuando la recepción cierra, para poder pagar allí el resto y entrar a la habitación. Sino, no me daban las instrucciones (código para la puerta y número de habitación) para entrar al alojamiento después de cerrada la recepción, ya que no había completado el pago, el cual sólo me mandaron por WhatsApp. Esta es la razón de ponerle un 7 al alojamiento y no una nota más alta.
