8.0I like that the windows opened in the room, so you could get fresh air. The elevators were fast. The room was clean.
− The phone in the room didn't work. The ice machine on our floor was broken.

− No coffee pots or microwaves in our suite...

− The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been. There were lots of hairs around the bath and on the bathroom floor.

− When checking out staff was not at all helpful. Both my husband and I were offended at how we were spoken to and the lack of professionalism we experienced. We’ll never stay there again,
