6.0Checked in around 9pm was told room 404. We went to 404 and the door was open and not latched so anyone could have been in the room. Tried the key and it didn’t work so I called front desk to let them know door was not locked when I arrived and was told I had to go get a new key. Looked at the envelope key came in and room 405 was written on it. Tried the key in that door and it worked. Front desk was told all of this. Once in my room I noticed the other piece of paper is something I was to hang from in our car to park there but was not told about it or to do it so I had to walk down to put it in my vehicle. Got back to the room and tv remote wouldn’t work so called desk and was told I had to come down to get new batteries to try that. I went down again to get battteries and back up to try that and it didn’t work. Called front desk and was told that someone would be in to work in an hour to come fix the issue. After an hour someone did arrive. It ended up to be a lot of issues for a very small amount of time being there 😢.
