− walls are paper thin, you can hear a pin drop in adjacent rooms, and it looked like the property was still under renovation (restaurant service was poor, no espresso machine in any of the bars/restaurants at the hotel)

− Room was not cleaned properly; we found a t shirt of a previous guest in the drawers; we found paper under the drawers; the room was not swept or mopped clean; the washbasin in the washroom did not have a soap dispenser; there was no intercom to dial for room service.
