4.0The bed was comfortable and the view was nice.
− I called for an early check in due to needing to get ready for a wedding, was told no problem. Arrived one hour early as organised, told the room probably wasn’t ready, I explained my previous phone call, the female receptionist look cranky and annoyed at me. She provided us with a room, gave us the wrong directions to get to room and then when we finally found where we should be we couldn’t find the room, turns out our room was the only room without a room number on the door. What hotel doesn’t have a room number on the door?? Went into the room, the room and bathroom were really dusty, the cutlery was dirty and dusty as well. The view was lovely and the bed was comfortable, however the bathroom and shower looked so grimy that neither I or my partner bothered to use the shower. We didn’t make a coffee or use any cups etc because they were dusty and dirty. The air con unit on the wall had a stream of liquid you could see down the wall, it clearly needed maintenance. Very disappointed, wouldn’t recommend to friends or family to stay there.
