Guest review
10.0Every single staff member was so sweet and attentive, will definitely stay here again.
A wonderful luxury hotel with an excellent location and outstanding service
10.0The hotel is beautiful and luxurious, with an excellent location overlooking Hyde Park. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff are professional, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.
− My only disappointment was the extremely rude and unprofessional behavior of one female employee at the breakfast buffet on Thursday, October 22, 2026. Unfortunately, I did not get her name. Her attitude was completely different from the excellent service provided by the rest of the staff.
Exceptionally pleasant stay in a lovely hotel with excellent staff.
10.0Very friendly, helpful and professional staff, extremely comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, lovely location next to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park.
