8.0I had a great stay in Downtown Tampa. The location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. I also highly recommend Zachary K & Austin M of the Valet team for being dependable, professional, and easy to work with.

Good location, bad self parking options
6.0Location central downtown tampa. Rooftop pool was lovely but undersized as there was no chance of getting a sun bed if you werent there early enough.
− One of valet men recommended a really dodgy parking lot just down the road and we spent 20 minutes trying to pay for it, in the end we gave up trying to download the app etc and resorted to using the valet, the man who ended up taking our car (a different one) said 'oo yeh dont go there, everyone has trouble'. Drinks prices were ridiculous at the pool bar.
I will chew my own fingers and toes off my body before I stay there again.
1.0There isn't a single thing I actually liked at this Hilton.
− The beds are horrible! My back still hurts. The tub was dirty. The pool was a complete let down. One of the staff members selling extra packages at the pool was very kind. I believe his name was Luke. But other than that singular interaction this was the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I will never stay there again. Not to mention I had to pay $60 to park my freaking car overnight. There are no other parking options so you have to use there service. I also bought the breakfast package and promised a breakfast buffet. There is no buffet. You get a menu with the most disgusting breakfast food ever on it and they don't even have sweet tea. They pour brisk tea into a cup for you. Just ewwww.

9.0I liked everything about the hotel and its amenities; the valet parking staff were also quick and efficient at all times. My only issue was with breakfast—they did a good job, but they need more staff; I ordered a coffee and waited 45 minutes for it, until I finally had to leave.
