8.0− That your rep said the $50 deposit would be returned when we checked out and now they are saying 5-10 business days. It has left me with an overdrawn account and no way to get home from Oklahoma.

1.0I didn't like anything! I wasn't able to stay because the hotel had no power. Im not sure why the hotel was still able to rent out rooms through Booking.com even though they had no power and the doors were locked. This should not have ever happened, however I understand mistakes happen. I did receive a refund, but only after emailing Booking.com to make them aware of the situation and asking for a refund. I did end up staying with Extended Stay in Norman for a few days still using Booking.com. It would have been nice to maybe have been given a complimentary room at some point during my stay or even now would be great!
− The fact that they were still renting rooms with no power and do heads up was given. Then I had to send an email to get a refund plus find someone else to stay the night.

8.0We enjoyed the breakfast and the clean rooms with AC. The pool was indoors so that was also nice. And everything smelled good. The environment was kid friendly and our whole family really enjoyed the stay. We will be rooming with this hotel again! Thank you!/
