10.0It was clean and had everything needed for wonderful stay. Lots to offer in activities and food. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Filthy and dirty!
2.0This place is filthy and dirty. Outdoor furniture is disgusting, garbage containers overflowing with garbage. Lobby is so outdated. Building hallways is full of leaves and smells like old man dirty socks. Lanscaping is not manicured. Room inside condition was little better, but anyways how was located facing parking lot, we felt like whole this traffic outside can see every single step you moving. They had drapes, but i wanted day light in my room. So glad we stayed just one night. And the price we paid 450$ was outrageous! We would never consider to stay in this hotel again. Shame on you, Hyatt!
This was my second stay at this facility and both times were pleasant.
8.0The hotel is in a great, easy-to-reach location. The facilities are abundant, and the grounds are well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant and bar were also great to have in the main lobby. EV chargers are also available.
− The noise level in the room was not great. We could frequently hear the neighboring occupants. The upstairs occupant was heard walking/stomping throughout the day and in the middle of the night. That was not pleasant. The room was nice, though.
Old & Tired
4.0Property is worn out and exterior reminds you of an Old Motel 6. Front of house and rooms have some, "lipstick on a pig" updates, but overall the place is old and it shows. Also do not really take care of their Globalist customer the way they should.
