− Ice machines all closed; sent us to pool level which closes at 10pm, went to lobby; he sent us to the bar, big walk around for 10 pieces of ice.

Nice but misleading and hidden fees.
4.0I was charged for my breakfast that was supposed to be free with my reservation. Also when asked about the parking fee I was given misleading information which lead to me paying an extra 50.00. I called about it and had to speak to 3 different people before someone tried to help. I still haven’t heard back from no one.

Way too loud for a family
4.0The hotel is nice but good gosh the noise from the music from fourth street live is absurd. It was 10 PM, I was in the shower, with a sound machine on full blast for my kids, and I could still hear the music. There was NO sleep for us. We chose this hotel because it was supposed to be easy to walk to places. Had I known a rave would be happening outside my window, I would have stayed elsewhere
