It was good but did not reach out expectations.

− Service takes time (Vallet, luggage assistance, front desk, phone service) There was a fire alarm during our stay which we took the stairs carrying our baby from 18th floor down to the street and it turned out to be a false alarm! Poor communication and we were not able to utlizied our regency upgrade. Cost is too expensive
