Very dated hotel, needs some serious money spent on it. First time I’ve stayed at a Hyatt, assuming this isn’t the norm

− From reception, to the lifts to the corridors to the room, it looks like a hotel for the 1990’s - really dated We originally booked the Sheraton and switched at the last minute cos better location (so we thought!) and slightly cheaper - wish we hadnt
