Phoenix stay
10.0Great location, staff was helpful and engaging. We were able to do an early check in for a small fee which made our experience so much be better! Loved our view!
Not so great at this location
4.0Hotel room was clean. Staff were friendly. Food atBarrel and Bushel not so great. Food were just barely warm. For the price it was very small portion. Chhese steak and burger buns had the old oil or dirty greasy griddle smell.
This wasn't better than being home.

− $30/day for parking Food being expensive, but crap quality. $30 for a bottle of bubble bath soap This has just put me off Hyatt in general.
Really nice staff
10.0Great hotel in a great location. Arriving via the light rail was fast and easy! The hotel is close to many restaurants, bars, sports complexes, and conference locations.
