8.0Sehr nettes Personal, ruhiges Hotel mit Pool auf dem Dach.Sehr gutes Frühstück, super Auswahl.
− Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, ist etwas umständlich, da man quasi eine Gutschrift bekommt wenn man die Rechnung auf das Zimmer schreiben lässt.
Perfekt für einen Stadtaufenthalt in New Orleas
9.0Super schönes Hotel. Zimmer groß mit gutem Ausblick. Ein fantastisches Frühstücksbuffet. Allein dafür lohnt sich der Aufenthalt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Valet super.

1.0− In my previous review I left out the wifi wasn’t free, and we stayed on the first floor and it sounded like someone was working on the floor above us because I heard beating and knocking above my head all night long . The mirror door to the closet was also broke . The chair and the lamps were dirty.
You won't be disappointed
10.0Every staff person that I encountered had the best customer service skills and was pleasant. This location is perfect if you are going to the Superdome. It's worth noting, good food options in the hotel.
Perfect location
10.0Perfect location for Essence Fest. We literally had less than 5 min walk to our seats in the stadium. We throughly enjoyed our time at this hotel. Will be back next year. The only con I would say is the elevator for the for the guest rooms are on a different floor.
