7.0The hotel was clean and smelled really good. The room was clean as well
− The only thing I did NOT like is that I had to wait 2 hours after check in time to check in. I didn't get anything but a thank you for waiting. They was suppose to text me when my room was finally ready but did not. After 2 hours I had to go ask what was going on then I learned my room was ready.
Check in was horrendous. Constant mistakes afterwards. Rooms were not 4 star quality. Expected more.
