10.0Rafael and the team did an amazing job. Customer service was top notch, love the location of the hotel and a variety of things within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here.

10.0Our Family hosted it's Green-White Family Reunion in downtown Greenville July 3026. Our hotel stay went really well. My bed felt like a cloud (in my mind), food was good and the entertainment outside the hotel on Main Street was top tier.

10.0We had a wonderful experience staying at one of our favorite hotels in Greenville! Rafael who is the front office Supervisor, was very accommodating, and made sure our stay was as pleasant as always! Stephanie also arranged for us to have a room on a high floor! Customer Service here is truly top notch! See you again soon!

Getaway to Greenville
8.0Reception folks helpful, all staff acknowledged us and chatted pleasantly, young lady at coffee shop delightful. Outdoor pool a bonus!
− Nasty trash at elevator remained there for 2 days TV useless without casting to my phone which was an ordeal. So I gave up. One of my pleasures is a chilly hotel room, propped up in bed watching tv. The other stations were awful.
