− The pool is nice but a little small.
Very good hotel
10.0Was here for the world cup. Everything was great with the hotel itself. Nice room, good bathroom with good shower pressure, good aircon. Iron and ironing board in room. And really nice restaurants and bar just above lobby area. Only downside was that it took 30 days to get room deposit back. Other hotels I stayed at in Boston and New York were much quicker i.e. within a few days.

Overhyped and overrated hotel.
6.0I liked the location to a certain point. I liked how it was around the places we planned to visit. I also liked that it was next to the reunion tower. The bed was comfortable along with the pillows. I also found it convenient to text for anything we needed. The view was okay where I was but not the best. The staff was okay.
− I didn’t like that it took a while to arrive to the front. It’s a big loop to get there. The refrigerator was small and it took a while to cool our drinks. I knew that parking was $50 but I didn’t know it was for valet and that there was self parking for $30. The self parking was inconvenient as well because of the location.
