Musty and mold
4.0The breakfast and staff were awesome, beds were comfortable.
− Our room smelled musty when we got there, but we didn't really pay any attention to it, because we weren't in the room very long due to us having to go to a concert immediately after check in. We got back late that night and we were exhausted, so we took quick showers and went to bed. We woke up in the morning and our sinuses were messed up and we just figured it was because we were out late and our sleep was off, and we didn't think anything else of it. We ate our breakfast and then started to get ready for day two of the music festival we were attending. After we got ready we left and our sinuses started to get better after we had left the room and went about our day. We went to the festival and ended up leaving early because of the rain so we came back to our room and showered and that was when I had noticed that our bathroom was completely covered in mold. The ceiling was full of it, and all around the shower on the walls. I told my wife about it, and we decided that we would just wait until we checked out in the morning because we didn't want to deal with the headache of switching rooms since it was already late. We woke up and let the staff know when we checked out, and they apologized about it, but I honestly have no idea how the cleaning lady could miss it.

6.0The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool itself is well maintained and warm. Good breakfast. Great location for our needs.
− I have been staying at this hotel for the past 15 years. It really needs a renovation. The rooms smell musty due to improper ventilation in the rooms. You need new towels every day because they never dry in the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom is deafening and the light switch on the outside of the bathroom is inconvenient. The ceiling above the shower has water damage and has been patched several times. Looks moldy. The pool area ceiling and walls are disgusting with mold showing.

− Room smelled like dog piss/ wet carpet. Literally was so bad it’d give you a headache. Air in room didn’t work correctly. Didn’t cool off until 2am
