We would like to advise you that Malioboro Road will be closed every evening from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Malioboro Road will be preoccupied as pedestrian during the closure. The alternative road that you can take is on Mataram Street. Later, if you have arrived at the road stop point, you can directly contact us and your luggage will be assisted by our officers by calling the number 081-567920999. Please notify us at least 15 – 20 minutes prior to your arrival so our staff will standby. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
